Known as Yogic Sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation that brings the nervous system into the rest/digest mode. One of the most rejuvenating yoga/meditation practices there is. Yoga Nidra is offered after Level 2 on Thursday nights, and there are several videos available in the Membership database to enjoy at your leisure.
